Kentucky work reaches Premier Construction through the general contractors and developers we have built for elsewhere in the Southeast, with commercial build-outs and distribution facilities making up most of it. Crews mobilize from our Cartersville, Georgia office for the duration of the job.
Our foremen run the layout, coordinate with the general contractor’s schedule and stay on site through completion. Framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings are all in-house scopes, so the wall and ceiling package stays with one subcontractor rather than three.
